　A company registered in the Reiwamoto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles / Consignment) and meets all of the following conditions 1-5.
　However, in the case of participating in a joint proposal, all proposers shall satisfy all of the following 1 to 3, and at least one of those that satisfy 1 shall fall under 4. In addition, companies that do not fall under any of 1-3 cannot participate. In addition, businesses that fall under 3 shall fall under 5.
①Those who are recognized for the business event "Event planning and operation, etc." and have registered in all of the details "A Event Planning" and "B Event Management, etc."
②Those who are recognized for business events "advertisements" and are registered in all of the details "A TV / Radio", "B Newspapers, Magazines", "C Web", "Z Others".
③A person who is recognized as a business type "security" and is registered in the detailed "A Human Security".
④Since 2015, more than 3,000 participants per day must have been performed for at least two consecutive days.
⑤Person who is registered as location division "city" and scale division is "small and medium-sized business"
