We assume that we meet all the following participation conditions in supplier registered in general competitive bidding participation qualified person list of 2019, 2nd year.

1.　Being a business operator who has registered the event "Worker Dispatching".
2.　Be a business operator that has registered detailed D translation / E interpreters for the event "Other duties".
3.　Since 2015, there must be a track record of dispatching workers to communication and coordination work involving public sports organizations based in English-speaking countries (the contract period is during the time of submission of the application form for participation, Including those that have been fulfilled for at least one month and have confirmed the performance on a monthly basis).
4.　It is possible to dispatch workers who have experience in the above 3.
※"English-speaking countries" refers to "a country or region in which English is defined in official language or language, or whose main language spoken by the people living there is English."
※"Public sports organizations" refer to "organizations related to the national government, local governments and similar institutions, and whose main purpose is to conduct business for the promotion of sports."
