(1)Person who is registered in "320: various investigation plans" or "345: outsourcing of office work, duties" in Reiwamoto, 2nd year Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (articles, consignment, etc.).
(2)A person who has a track record of operating the My Number Card issuance window, or a person who has a track record of receiving and examining the business by more than 100 staff at government offices.
