A person who has the proposal qualification for this proposal shall be a person who falls under all of the following items.

(6)　Not a person who has filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004) or a person who has decided to start it
(7)　Not subject to suspension of bank transactions

※Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may ask for an explanation of why the proposal was not accepted.
　When we ask for explanation, we must count from the next day of day when Motoichi notified and must submit document to participation intention application presentation by 5:00 pm five days after the city hall closing day .
　Motoichi will respond to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, counting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.

1. Expenses related to the preparation and submission of proposals shall be borne by the proposer.
2. The language used in the procedure shall be Japanese.
3. The currency used in the procedure shall be the Japanese currency.
4. This Agreement requires the preparation of a contract.
