A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and be confirmed to be eligible for bid participation.
(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) In the 3rd and 4th Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), "Detailed E: Computer input / output / printing processing" and "Consignment of office work / business" of "Detailed A: Enclosure / Sealing" must be registered.
(3) Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from February 3, 2022 to the opening date.
(4) A person who has been certified by the Japan Information Economy and Social Promotion Association for the Privacy Mark (JISQ15001).
(5) A person who has registered for certification (ISMS) under the Information Security Management System Compliance Evaluation System.
