(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) The supervisor shall be a qualified financial planner and a person with practical experience, and the household improvement support staff shall be a qualified financial planner or a person familiar with household management.
(3)There must be registration in the list of qualified persons (articles, consignments, etc.) in Yokohama City General Competition Bidding Participation in Reiwa 3.4 However, although it has not yet been registered in the Yokohama City General Competition Bidding Participant List, it is currently being applied at the time of submitting the application form for participation, and registration has been completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified. This is not the case.

We will confirm whether there is a proposal qualification in Yokohama City and perform it by December 3, 2021.

This contract is a condition that the fiscal year 2022 Yokohama City Accounting Budget will be suspended by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2022.
