About participation intention proposal submitter, we confirm that we meet "Article 3 proposal qualification" of conduct point to affect "Yokohama-shi dementia initial intensive support promotion business (dementia initial intensive support team) trust" trust candidate identification We will notify all submitters of the results of participation qualification confirmation by mail around December 3, 2021 (Friday). However, "Article 3 Proposal Qualification (1)" will be confirmed in the contents of the proposal.
