All of these conditions shall be satisfied.
1.A person who meets any of the following conditions:
(1)Those who have been registered in the general competitive bidding participation list for Reiwa 3 and 4, in the event "345: Outsourcing of office work and duties" and detailed "B: Training" (2nd or higher registration order).
(2)At the time of submission of the application form for participation, those who are currently applying in a form that satisfies the conditions of the list of qualified persons listed in (1) and are expected to have completed registration by the date on which the contract candidate is identified.
If the registration has not been completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified, the person shall not be eligible for the proposal and will be disqualified.
2.A person in charge who has practical experience as a professional in the area and support for the elderly, and who can maintain a state in which work can be performed without omission.
3.Person who has not received nomination suspension by rule of measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension from presentation deadline of participation intention application to specific day of trust candidate.
4.A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).

2.Attendees: If this work is entrusted, the number of persons shall be 3 or less, including the management responsibility and person in charge who will actually be in charge of the work, and the person in charge.
