(2) Although it has not yet been listed in the list of qualified general competitive bidding qualifications for Reiwa 5 and 6, the same business as (1) above, which was determined to respond to the contract at the time of submitting an application for participation intention. A person who is currently applying for the event and who has completed the registration by a specific date of the contract candidate.
(3)　Being a person who has not received suspension measures under the provisions of the measures outline, such as the suspension of Yokohama City Nomination Suspension, from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
(4)　Have a track record of dissemination and publicity promotion since FY2018.

(1)Date and time of implementation: Friday, August 18, 2023 (planned)
(2)Implementation site: Meeting room in Yokohama City Hall (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City)
(3)Attendees: The number must be 3 or less, including the administrator or the person in charge.
(4)Hearing time: A presentation within 30 minutes and a Q & A session of about 15 minutes will be planned.
(5)Others Details such as time will be announced separately.
※If there are 6 or more proposers, we will select documents in the proposal and conduct interviews with up to 5 people. Anyone who has not been identified as a subject of the hearing by screening of documents will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason by Thursday, August 10, 2023.
