The conditions of a qualified proposal must meet all of the following requirements:

1. 　Person who is registered in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding participation qualified person list in 2021, 4. In the case of unregistered, apply for a bid participation qualification to Yokohama City by the time of submission of the participation intention application form, and attach a copy of the application form when submitting the participation intention application form.
2. 　A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
3. 　Not a person who has filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004) or a person who has started it.
4. 　Those who have not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
5. 　A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings based on the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (rehabilitation or rehabilitation) (Excluding those who have been decided to start and have recognized by Yokohama City as having no risk of being unable to fulfill.)　
6. 　Home services, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “home services, etc.”) prescribed in the Nursing Care Insurance Law (Act No. 123 of 1997) are not currently provided, and home services will continue to be provided during the consignment period. Being a person who does not provide.

　Proposal qualification confirmation results will be sent out by Friday, November 4, 2022.
　Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention submission destination by 5:00 pm, seven days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day when the city sent the notice.
　Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within seven days excluding the city hall closing date, from the opening date following the day on which the above document was received.
