Those who can participate in this tender shall be those who meet all of the following requirements.
（１） In Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (article, trust) of Reiwa 5th, 6th year, scale division is registration of "small and medium-sized business" and location division is registration of "city". .
（２） In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5th and 6th years, the registration order of "320 Various Survey Projects" is ranked 3rd or higher, and the detailed "A: Market / Public Opinion Poll" Must be registered.
（３） It is possible to secure as many investigators as necessary for the survey in the survey area.
（４） Have a track record of similar work in the past five years.
