A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Being a person who has been registered in the event "D of Computer Business: Data Input" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualification List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6.
- Person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from December 28, 2023 to bid opening date.
- Have a track record of performing family register input operations within the past five years.
- You must have obtained all of the following two certifications:
Applied Busey Mark (Japan Foundation Visiting Japan Information Economy Society Promotion Association (JIPDEC)))
(i) Certification under the Information Security Management System Compliance Evaluation System (ISMS: ISO27001)

Person who is going to participate in bid, please submit the following documents.
For details, please refer to the tender manual “3. Procedures for bid participation”.
- General competitive bidding participation qualification confirmation application (word: 72KB)
- Consignment business resume (word: 20KB)
- Certificate of obtaining certification
- Application for bid participation qualification screening (for specific procurement contracts) and attached documents (only those who are not listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualification List (Related to Goods, Consignment, etc.))
- Application for additional registration of events (for specific procurement contracts) and attached documents (for those who have not been registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Persons List (Related to Goods, Outsourcing, etc.) in FY2013.
- Copy of application acceptance contents of Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (related to article, trust) in Reiwa 5.6 (please submit only when registration application is in 4 or 5.)

Please bring or mail it to the address mentioned above.
Mailing is intended for persons in remote locations (for example, outside Japan).
- In case of bringing
Please hand it to the staff from 9:00 am to noon on weekdays and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm - In the case of mailing
Please send it by registered mail so that it arrives by the deadline.
The envelope must be written in red along with the subject as "Documents related to the bid participation qualification application are in progress."
