5. Not being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Rules (March 1964 Yokohama City Rules No. 59)

In addition, when participating in a joint proposal, all of the following conditions shall be satisfied.

• Both the proposer and the members meet the conditions of “5”.
• The secretary proposer meets the conditions of "1".
• The requirements of “2”, “3” and “4” are met together with the qualifications of the secretary proposer and members.

When implementing the WEB conferencing system, project the proposal submitted in advance on the screen and make a presentation. Projection of materials not included in the proposal is prohibited.

3. Explanation time
