About bid

1. If there is no presentation of the "Public Offer Type Designated Competitive Bid Nomination Notice" on the day of the bidding, you will not be able to participate in the bidding, so be sure to bring it with you. 2. In the bid form, please indicate the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract price (including consumption tax).

1 This contract is a condition that the budget for 2024 will be decided by the Yokohama City Council.
2 Since this contract is a long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act, if the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract is reduced or deleted from the following fiscal year following the year to which the conclusion date of this agreement belongs, Yokohama City may change or cancel the contract. In addition, in the event that Motoichi cancels this contract due to the reduction or deletion of the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract, the trustee was entrusted by Motoichi to pay after the next fiscal year. You cannot charge for fees. In addition, trustee cannot claim Motoichi about compensation of damage that occurred when Motoichi changed or canceled this contract by reduction or deletion of expenditure budget pertaining to this contract .
