・Register in the event "320 Various Survey Projects", and register "A Market / Public Opinion Poll" or "B Consulting (excluding construction consulting)" as the details of the event. All of them do not matter.
（２） Those who have not received suspension measures under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination (April 1, 2004)" from the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
（３） A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
（４） At the time of submission of the application form, the following points must be satisfied.
・Over the past five years, three or more projects have been undertaken by the government, government agencies, international organizations, or local governments to support the overseas expansion of Japanese companies in urban infrastructure projects that take into account overseas decarbonization, circular economy or the environment.

・Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 17:00, five days after the closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
・When an explanation is requested pursuant to the preceding paragraph, Motoichi will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the closing date from the day following the date on which the above document was received.
