3. Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the public notice date to the bid opening date.
4. You must have one of the following certifications:
   Applied Busey Mark (Japan Foundation Visiting Japan Information Economy Society Promotion Association (JIPDEC)))
   (i) Certification under the Information Security Management System Compliance Evaluation System (ISMS: ISO27001)
5. Have a track record of performing family register input operations within the past year. （※）
