Applicants who are eligible to apply shall meet all of the following requirements:
(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)In the 7th and 8th Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in the details of the event "316: Computer Business" "A: Software Development / Renovation" and "B: System Operation / Monitoring" Being a person who has been registered.
Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above list is being applied at the time of submitting the proposal participation application form and the registration is completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified.
(3)Person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from presentation deadline (April 11, 2025) of proposal participation intention proposal book to date of specific contract candidate thing.
(4)Obtain international standard ISO / IEC27001 or domestic standard JIS Q 27001.

Please make a presentation using the proposal submitted in advance. As we prepare proposal for evaluation committee distribution in Motoichi, it is not necessary to have you bring.
The presentation time is assumed to be about 20 minutes per person, and then a Q & A session will be held.

Since the name of the company will be implemented with the name of the proposer hidden, please refrain from remarks that can guess the name of the proposer.
Please refrain from explaining that exceeds the content of the proposal, as it is not subject to evaluation.

(3) Scheduled date and method of response
By Monday, April 28, 2025, we notify all prospective participants of question contents and answer and publish in Motoichi website.
Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request
All persons who have submitted the proposal participation intention application form (Form 1) (hereinafter referred to as the “participation intention application form”) will be notified in writing of the proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 2) and the qualification will be confirmed. If so, we will issue a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 3).

We will notify you by e-mail (PDF data) by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
(2) Others
Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of the reason. This document must be submitted to the application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the closing date of the city hall, counting from the day following the day on which the city sent the notification.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, counting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
