　In 2014, Yokohama City, Senshu City (China), and Gwangju Metropolitan City (Korea), which were both selected as the first cities in the East Asian Cultural City Project, which was launched as a national project in Japan, China and Korea, concluded the East Asian Cultural City Friendship and Cooperation City Agreement, and has been conducting inter-city exchanges through cultural arts since 2015.
　Since this year's direct exchange is not possible due to the influence of the COVID-19, we created a video to promote friendly relations based on the exchanges between the three cities so far and the appeal of culture and art in each city.
