Yokohama Minato Mirai Hall aims to improve safety and convenience by implementing large-scale renovations such as earthquake-resistant construction of the ceilings of large halls, small halls and large hall foyers, measures to extend their life, and barrier-free facilities.
Along with this, the entire building will be closed for about one year and ten months from January 1993 to October 1994.
