In Yokohama City, from the viewpoint of town development, bustling creation, and securing financial resources, we are promoting the effective use of underpasses that are not used for traffic and planned road areas. As we recruit users by plan suggestion method about road area (underpass) of Higashikawajima-cho, Hodogaya-ku, we will tell.
In addition, user is decided after examining and evaluating proposal in use plan study meeting such as underpass of Yokohama-shi road which was made up of experts.
