In the gas pipe replacement work carried out by Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. on the city road of Tsuda Minamidai, Midori Ward, the company that received the order for the construction was inappropriate to mix concrete lumps when backfilling the excavation site after the gas pipe was laid.
