The Yokohama City Consumer Affairs Center conducted a test for the operation of the "chatbot" as a homepage access assist function (*) in December 2020 so that consumers can smoothly reach the items they want to know. Has been implemented since 1st.
We will start operation in April 2021 and work to further improve our services.
※This function guides counselors to appropriate information (consultation cases, advice / advice, etc.) on the website, aiming for self-solving and early resolution of problems.
