We started an IoT demonstration experiment using apartment in Yokohama.

In cooperation with the Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation,apartment City, as a demonstration field, solicited proposals for COVID-19's response to infection control measures and demonstration experiments of new IoT products and services that provide comfortable housing, from July to August 2020, as part of the I. TOP Yokohama Lab, adopted eight proposals.
We have made various adjustments with dwelling units and building managers who have agreed to cooperate with the demonstration experiment, and have started four ready demonstration experiments. In the future, we will start demonstration experiments on the remaining proposals.
Through this initiative, we will further promote the “Innovation City Yokohama” and utilize the results obtained in our efforts to revitalize suburban residential areas and housing complex.
