Under the theme of YOXO, Yokohama City is working to support startups and venture companies with the aim of creating innovation from "crossover" in the city of Yokohama. This time, in cooperation with the Tokyo Metropolitan Employment and Labor Consultation Center (TECC), we will hold a labor seminar for ventures and SMEs in the city aiming to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic and grow. Lawyers and company workers will talk about examples of recruitment during the COVID-19 pandemic and the basics and practices of working hours management in the introduction of telework, with talk sessions between venture companies and lawyers who are center counselors.
