On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the sister city partnership with San Diego, the United States, which is an advanced region in the life science industry, Yokohama signed a memorandum of understanding in April 2017 with Biocom, a bio-related industry organization.
The Biocom’s Global Life Science Partnering Conference, held annually by BIOCOM in San Diego, will be held virtually in response to the impact of COVID-19 infection. Based on the memorandum, we are looking for companies to participate in partnering and corporate presentations of this conference for business matching of small and medium-sized enterprises in the life science field among "LIP. Yokohama" members.
This is the first time that the city has been supporting companies to participate in this conference hosted by BIOCOM.
