In Yokohama City, the “Harassment Countermeasures Business for Nursing Care Business” was launched in 2024, and on April 16 (Tuesday), the “Harassment Consultation Center for Yokohama City Nursing Care Business” was established. If you are in trouble with harassment from nursing care service users or their families, please contact us if care staff is in trouble.
