In accordance with the Health Promotion Act, Yokohama City conducts periodontal disease health check-up for citizens aged between 40 and 70 years old. Until now, after school age, until the age of 40, subject to periodontal disease health check-up, there was no opportunity for public dental examinations.
This time, from April 1, 2025, we will newly add it to those aged 20 and 30 to enhance opportunities for dental examinations from a younger age.
