In honor of the achievements of many organizations and individuals, including local welfare officers, children's committees and volunteers who have been involved in welfare and health activities in the community for many years, and as a member of the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, we have been involved in community welfare activities for many years. We thank all of you who did and hold commendation ceremonies to plan further enhancement of community welfare.
