While securing human resources for early childhood education and childcare has become an issue, in Yokohama City, kindergartens and nursery schools have been working to increase the number of future leaders beyond the boundaries of groups. We carry out "Yokohama Yoho Project-Yokohama Bern-" to send the appeal of work to junior and senior high school students.
In fiscal 2021, following the distribution of clear files to second-year junior high school students, we announced the following initiatives, including the release of interviews with teachers working in kindergartens, nursery schools, and authorized child institution.
