We establish "dedicated consultation counter" to accept consultation and report about inappropriate childcare in garden from the staff of nursery schools (nursery school, kindergarten, authorized child institution) in the city or protector of kindergarten. At the same time, by introducing a new “external expert” who provides advice to the government while responding to consultations, it will lead to the provision of safer and more secure childcare.
