Continuing from 2020, we conducted a "questionnaire on discipline and corporal punishment for children" targeting Yokohama citizens.
Compared to the results of the previous survey, the number of people who think that corporal punishment should never be done has increased, and the 2019 Law Concerning the Prevention of Child Abuse, etc.
The effects of the revision of the "Yokohama City Ordinance to Protect Children from Abuse" in 2021 were seen.
