　At around 11:33 pm on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at the Municipal Subway Blue Line Tateba Station, Tokyo
A male passenger on the platform crossed the platform fence and jumped into the track, causing a personal injury in contact with an ordinary train that had entered, and suspended driving on all lines.
　The passenger who entered the track was confirmed to die, but no passengers and drivers on the train were injured.
