The Yokohama City Personal Information Protection Council (Chairman Toshinori Nakamura) submits the following report today based on the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance on the Protection of Yokohama City Personal Information (February 2005 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 6), We believe that the mayor of Yokohama, who does not need to take corrective measures for the proposal for correction regarding the handling of personal information, is appropriate.
