In order to work on realizing town development that creates new attractions around Aobadai Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line, which is a base with a high traffic node function in the northwestern part of Yokohama City, Yokohama City, Tokyu Corporation, and the Urban Renaissance Agency Signed an agreement on January 24, 2025.
