(Tentative name) Yesterday, the designer of this deck (JR East Consultants Co., Ltd.) said, "The abutment has cracked, and the cause was investigated. There is a structural problem due to a design error. "
We will postpone the start of operation until safety is confirmed. We deeply apologize to the people living in the vicinity and visitors for their inconvenience and concern.
