We have created a picture book for children that introduces Tozuka's charm from six color spots in Totsuka Ward's mascot "Unashii".
In the future, it will be distributed to first-year students attending public elementary schools in the ward, and will be distributed to residents' facilities such as the Totsuka Ward Office, the district center in the ward, and the community care plaza.
