Totsuka Ward presents the Totsuka Ward Citizen's Honor Award, Encouragement Award, and Special Award to honor those who have made outstanding achievements in enhancing the name of Totsuka Ward. The award ceremony will be held based on the recommendation of the Totsuka Ward Ward People's Honor Award Study Group.
