Special Committee on Investigation on New City Hall

　In order to conduct professional and intensive deliberation for the development of the "New City Hall Maintenance Basic Design" and the "New City Hall Maintenance Basic Plan"
It was established as a special committee of the City Counsil in May 2012, and discussions took place over two years, 2012 and 25.
