I would like to know the procedures for selling factories and business sites.

・If the business establishment is abolished due to the sale, I would like to know the procedure when the factory / business establishment is abolished. Please refer to (including the abolition of only some facilities in factories and business establishments.)
・The following procedures may be required when selling land that has been deferred for soil surveys.
　①If the owner of the land changes: The owner of the new land submits the Succession registration form.
　②When changing the way land is used: The owner of the land submitted the registration form Land Use Change. As an example, when changing from a business site to a house, there is a duty to report a soil survey.
・When we change trait of land with sale, report requirements vary according to area. Specifically, we want to know area requirements that report of change of trait of land is necessary. Please refer to the documentation.
