I would like to know the opportunity for soil surveys when factories and business sites are abolished. (Including the abolition of only some facilities in factories and business establishments.)
In any of the following cases, there is an obligation to conduct soil surveys.
・When "facility" or "use of harmful substances, etc." is abolished in "specified facilities using harmful substances" specified by the Water Pollution Control Law and the Sewerage Law
・When we abolished "business establishments such as the use of specified hazardous substances" stipulated in the Ordinance on conservation, etc. of Yokohama City Living Environment
