I would like to know the opportunity for soil surveys when changing land characteristics.
A
After notification of the change of land traits, if the land subject to the change of traits receives a survey order from the mayor of Yokohama that there is a risk of soil contamination on the land subject to the change of traits, the obligation to conduct soil surveys will arise.
