Depending on the physical condition of the user, it is as follows.
With 2,000 yen as one unit, you can change it every month within the maximum standard amount.
・Those who fall under the need for nursing care 4 or 5…8,000 yen (4 units)
・Those who fall under the need for nursing care 1-3 and are deemed necessary by Director Health and Welfare Center…6,000 yen (3 units)

10% of the standard amount of disposable diapers used (1 unit: 200 yen, 2 units: 400 yen, 3 units: 600 yen, 4 units: 800 yen) will be paid by the co-payment.
However, the co-payment is free for households receiving social security.

Applications are accepted at Health and Welfare Center (Elderly and Disabled Support Division) in your ward or at the Regional Comprehensive Support Center.
Health and Welfare Center will decide whether or not to use the service.
