Consultation is available at the ward office Health and Welfare Center Elderly and Disabled Support Division Elderly People Support Section and at the Community Care Plaza (Local Elderly Care Management Center). We provide information on various medical and welfare services to lead a home medical treatment life, and coordinate with related organizations and related parties as necessary. In addition to having you consult directly with ward office and facility, we visit home and consult depending on the situation. Please consult with the ward office Health and Welfare Center Children and Families Support Division about home medical care for your child.
