NO.26 "The 31st Karugamo Family Marathon" was held

On Sunday, February 19, the Karugamo Family Marathon was held at Hodogaya Park for the first time in three years.
While the strong wind reminiscent of spring was blowing, 679 runners participated. Inhabitants of a ward, we had you participate from the city, the prefecture, and distant places such as Kansai and Kyushu.
Daigo Hasegawa, the Japan representative of the men's triple jump Rio Olympics, also participated in the 2km family section as a guest runner and excited the tournament.
110 groups of people participate in the family section running with parents and children, which is the origin of the name of the Karugamo Family Marathon, and run along like Karugamo Parents and Children, and finally finish together!　I hope it will be a good memory for your family.

It was held for the first time in three years due to the influence of COVID-19, but it was a traditional tournament, and many voices were pleased with the revival.
