"Switch ON Isoko" consists of a "wide ward plan" to be promoted throughout Isogo Ward and a "district-specific plan" to be implemented in accordance with the situation in each district. About "plan according to district", we push forward development in each district separately from this opinion offer.
The fourth phase is scheduled to begin in April 2021, but we are reviewing the schedule to prevent the expansion of COVID-19 infection and aiming for completion in autumn 2021.
