8 Evacuation of pets

For those who have evacuated with pets and those who use pet breeding places
Izumi Ward has issued a draft "Pet Evacuation Breeding Manual" so that those who evacuate and those who accompany their pets during a disaster can live without trouble.
If it is not created in evacuation shelter, please make it early.
Points for evacuation with pets
Designation of animal breeding places
- Specifies a schoolyard or a nearby park from a person's residence space.
The owner is responsible for breeding.
- Let's have the owner go for cleaning.
- Create an "Owner's Association" as much as possible and have them be bred together.

- There is a pet whose owner is unknown or injured.
- There are pets that are difficult to breed due to the disaster.
- There is a shortage of goods such as cages.
