About Vaccinations's pre-examination vote
- Since April 2014, Yokohama City has sent Vaccinations's pre-examination card (vaccination coupons) to those who are eligible for routine immunization. If you have not received your pre-examination card, please contact Medical Care Bureau Health and Safety Division at 045-671-4190 or Health and Welfare Division Health Promotion Section if you have lost it.
Those who receive vaccinations outside the city
- If you wish to be vaccinated outside the city, you need to apply. For more information, please contact Health and Welfare Division Health Promotion Section. In addition, it is charged in principle when we inoculate in medical institution outside the city.
