Notary consultation

Notary public at the notary public office will receive consultation on contracts (creation of notarized deeds) such as wills, voluntary guardianship contracts, lease contracts, etc.

• The second Tuesday of every month from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm　※The consultation time is 30 minutes.
  
• Izumi Ward Office Public Relations Section (101 on the first floor)

• You can choose either face-to-face consultation or telephone consultation. (From May 2024)
• If you would like to have a face-to-face consultation in a private room, please cooperate with the use of a mask as much as possible.

• Reservation is required (as needed).
• Please apply by telephone (045-800-2337) or directly to the counter.
• ※If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. In the case of cancellation without permission, the next reservation will be refused.
• Those who live and work in Izumi Ward are eligible.
