About the use of illustrations by Kame Taro

The Kanagawa Ward Office accepts the use of illustrations by Taro Kame.
“Guidelines for Administrative Handling of Kanagawa Ward Symbol Marks and Mascot Characters”
After confirming the following precautions, please submit the application form to the application below by window, mail, E-mail, or fax.
At the same time, please send us a document that outlines the event.

After confirming whether or not it can be used, we will issue a usage approval letter if it can be used.

(1)　Projects aimed at disseminating politics, religion, and specific ideas
(2)　Business for the purpose of profit only for a specific company or store, such as sales promotion events, etc.
(3)　Businesses that violate laws and regulations and public order and morals
(4)　Businesses deemed to impair the image of Kanagawa Ward or Kame Taro.
(5)　Personal use of weddings and events held for members of a specific group.
(6)　Other items that are considered inappropriate

(1)　It is not possible to change the aspect ratio of the illustration.

(2)　It is possible to attach objects to the illustrations and layer them on the background, but be careful not to overlap with the main parts such as the face part of the illustration or the ward symbol on the stomach.

(3)　Do not overlay the characters on the illustration.

(4)　Do not use instructional tone or dialects that will destroy the image. Also, avoid words that may establish a specific image.

(5)　As shown in the illustration below, please write "Kanagawa Ward Mascot Character Kame Taro" at the bottom of the illustration.
If it is difficult in space, it can be omitted.

(6)About cutting the illustration, please leave about 70% mainly on the main part such as the symbol mark of the ward on the face and stomach.
