When we stop operating (closed)

If you are applying for a business license or business notification of a store that will be closed using the food hygiene application system, please complete the business closure procedure using this system.
If you have a business license, please destroy it immediately after notification of completion.
Food hygiene application system (outside site)

Please submit a report using one of the following methods.

Please bring one copy of the following documents.

• Notification of closing of business (Excel: 23KB)

• Business license (only in the case of licensed facilities)

Please mail the following documents one copy at a time by special record mail.

Please file from Yokohama-shi electronic application, report service (outside site).
When using the service, it is necessary to obtain a user ID.
Enter the "List of procedures (for businesses)" at the top of the top screen, and search for "Notification of closure of food-related business" by keyword search.
In the case of closing a business license facility, please attach an image of the business license.

After confirming that the contents of the business closure report are complete, we will send you a notification e-mail for completion of reception.
If you have a business license, please destroy it immediately after notification of completion.
